Make a difference with HUND
HUND Denmark proudly donates to Operation Kindness, a no-kill dog shelter in Dallas, TX. Your support helps us give shelter dogs a chance to find loving homes.

Every HUND piece is finished in a European workshop, in Italian leather that arrives soft and lasts for years.
Rolled leather has no hard edge to dig in or catch the coat. Long-haired breeds are the reason we build it this way.
From a tannery rated Gold by the Leather Working Group, dyed through with plant tannins so the colour never bleeds onto a cream coat.
Five to eight years is typical. Condition it twice a year and it will outlast the ones you would have bought instead.
I could not find a collar worthy of my dog. So we made one.
In Denmark you buy a thing once, and then you keep it. The collars I could find kept leaving a matted ring around my dog's neck and looked tired within a season, so buying another one was never going to be the answer.
We started HUND in Copenhagen in 2003 and brought it to Texas in 2017. We are still small on purpose. My family runs the workshop in Europe, I run everything else from here, and every piece is still cut and stitched by hand.
If a size is wrong, write to me. We will make it right.
Tak.Part of every order goes to Operation Kindness, the no-kill shelter in Dallas.
The leather is Italian nappa from a Gold-rated tannery, not the split hide sold as genuine leather. Every piece is finished by hand. And it is built to last five years or more, so the honest comparison is with the four cheaper ones you would buy in that time.
Each size on this page names the dog it is made for. For collars and harnesses, measure your dog rather than an old one, and if you land between two sizes take the larger. Send us the measurement and the breed at info@hunddenmark.com and we will tell you which we would ship.
No. The nappa is dyed through rather than surface coated, which is the difference between this and cheap leather that bleeds when it gets wet. Cream and white coats are the reason we hold that standard.
It is the line we would point you to. The hardware is nickel free, the leather is tanned with plant tannins rather than chrome salts, and it is OEKO-TEX tested for substances that should not sit against skin. Owners write in regularly about rashes at the collar line clearing up after switching.
Exchanges within the US are free and unlimited for 30 days from delivery, with a prepaid label. Refunds to your card carry a 10 percent restocking fee, or you can take the full value as store credit. Made to order pieces are exchangeable rather than refundable, because each one is cut for a single dog.
Anything else, write to info@hunddenmark.com. A person answers.
